Dragons

At times, we all feel disappointed by globalisation and its promise of a shared prosperity. Bitterness creeps in when we think of the future and how complex things are. The boisterous Eun-Me Ahn provides us with a wake-up call in the form of conversation with a new generation of adults that were born in the third millennium.

There were born in 2000 under the sign of the dragon in one of the ‘Small Dragons’ countries. They are the Gen Z that grew up with new technologies when the world was shifting its focus toward the Pacific Ocean. Between old traditions and a globalised culture, they express themselves through a decisive, uncontrollable, agile dance. They are as ardent as a dragon in a thunderstorm.
