Ubu cabaret

Victim of its success and accompanying scandal, Ubu Roi has become somewhat dull. To remember that this piece comes from the deeply free spirit of Alfred Jarry, we must break apart the work and, under the rubble, reinvent a world where the modernity of its poetry meets offbeat, radical and extraordinary performers. Seven exceptional drag queens gather around the clown Gramblanc to lead this adventure, transformed by their absolute poetic commitment. Game, dance, song, lip-synch, comedy, improvisation, absurd bike: Father Ubu in… a party boyband!
