Si me ves ir con todo, es porque a la noche lloro

Part concert-performance, part punk musical, SI ME VES IR CON TODO, ES PORQUE A LA NOCHE LLORO is an immersive show led by musician Baby Volcano, presented as part of the Sluuur festival.

Baby Volcano has developed a deeply organic universe for the stage, where the body becomes matter, language and instrument.
Drawing on her innermost feelings and the energy of the times, she explores contemporary paradoxes and champions a raw and sincere approach to her art.
In an immersive setting, and through a physical relationship with sound, she and her team create an intense experience where music and performance come together to give birth to embodied, visceral poetry that is both intimate and powerful.

Biography

Baby Volcano (*1995) is a Swiss-Guatemalan artist. She works in the fields of performing arts, music and costume design. Her work evolves in an organic world, inspired by underwater volcanoes, nature and the human body. In just three years, Baby Volcano has set fire to stages across Europe and beyond. From the Eurockéennes de Belfort to the Dour Festival, from the Transmusicales to Eurosonic, via Roskilde, Bad Bonn Kilbi, Paléo Festival, Jazz à Montréal and Sakifo Festival La Reunion, each of her concerts is an explosion of fire and tears.

After living and studying for several years in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she moved back to Switzerland, where she presented ‘Bolero de Bienvenida’ at the Quarts d'Heure du Théâtre Sévelin 36, a platform for young choreographers, in November 2021. In March 2022, she created ‘Jardin Jerricane’, a co-production of the Théâtre du Jura and Format 26 Biel/Bienne. Baby Volcano is an associate artist at L'Abri Genève for the 21/22 season and a partner artist at Théâtre Sévelin 36 in Lausanne for 22/23. In April 2025, she released SUPERVIVENXIA, a second EP which she wrote, composed and produced.

In 2026, she presented her new creation Si me ves ir con todo, es porque a la noche lloro, which continued her exploration of the notion of refuge.
